SHIPPING POLICIES
Nintu Skin ships to all 50 States , Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to PO Boxes using USPS. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
PAYMENT
Nintu Skin is pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment. We also accept payment through Shop Pay.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AND TRACKING
Orders typically ship within 24 – 48 hours after processing and payment authorization. You will receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number. Nintu Skin uses USPS and UPS for shipping. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, within the United States.
Orders must be placed by 9am PST Monday - Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 -2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. After the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until the shipment has been returned to us. To cancel an order, email us at help@nintuskin.com

We do not offer 2 Day shipping to PO Boxes.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
Our goal is to create products that you’ll love and to provide a pleasant online shopping experience. If you are not totally satisfied with your Nintu Skin purchase , please email us at help@nintuskin.com within 21 days of your purchase. We will send you a return authorization and mailing information. After we receive your unused, unopened product we will refund the full amount of your purchase minus the shipping cost.
Nintu Skin is not responsible for Return Shipping costs
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please contact us at help@nintuskin.com and we will assist you in arranging a replacement.
